On this weekend workshop, Hilary Kneale will offer teachings on movement and traditional shamanism. You will receive authentic shamanic teachings, and learn to ground them in movement as way to understand them on a cellular level.

You will be guided to tap into the realm of shamanic consciousness, exploring known and unknown geographies in the journey to embodied healing, empowerment and freedom.

Combining embodied movement, stillness, and music, combined with authentic teachings and exercises, Hilary will offer inspirational teachings on movement and the ways of the shaman.
