You will be given integration exercises between the sessions.

This is a 24 day training that runs over two years, with four sessions each year, from Friday to Sunday.
The sessions begin at 1 PM, UK time, 8 AM US Eastern Time, in order for people to participate internationally.
12 days of teaching per year spread over four weekend workshops.
